We are not just sounding the alarm about plastic cutting boards, we are bringing the highest quality solution to kitchen counters all over the country: the Cora Board.
Cora Boards are Vermont maple cutting boards made from solid wood; no glue, no resin, no toxins, just pure, naturally antimicrobial hardwood cutting boards made here in Vermont, by Vermonters and at a much lower price than what is currently available - which is mostly high-end, serving style wood boards found in gift shops. On the other end of the scale, cheap but low-quality wood and bamboo fiber boards available in big-box stores and online are made with often unreported and unscrutinized glues, resins and finishes that can end up in your family’s dinner.
High-quality cutting boards for everyday cooking are a matter of health and should be available to everyone.
