Rachael Zoe Miller's famous (to us) citrus and poppy seed cookies are the yummiest, most "moreish" cookies we've ever tasted. Made in a short-bread cookie style, these are perfect for crunchy, buttery cookie lovers and a hit favorite at the Vermont Farmer's Markets! And true to our goals of reducing exposure to plastic, they are made without coming in contact with plastic. We use metal or glass bowls, cast iron baking pans and wooden spoons.

Like all shortbread cookies, these stay super fresh and crunchy when stored in a glass jar for up to two weeks.
